Origami Lily in full bloom.
Origami is the traditional delicate Japanese art of folding paper into a variety of decorative or representational forms such as of animals or flowers. The origami lily is a classic and popular origami flower representing innocence and purity. The Japanese word for lily is Yuri and comes from the ancient word YURU that means “swing” named because of the way the flowers swing in the wind.
The origami Yuri or Lily was created by Roopa and photographed by Elly Mac to create this unique striking visual art.
