Taken with my trusty elderly Kodak digital. Walking in North Devon we came across a young man in the middle of no-where building a wall. When questioned about his skill, he said “Oh, this is just a cornish hadge” Some questions, answers and head scratching later we decided that his construction was the division known down our way as a hedge – made of stone! This was part of the existing wall which he was repairing. Beautiful natural work.
