Tiger gunna getcha. Tiger gunna eatcha…

Luckily for me there was some very thick glass separating the two of us. That’s OK then :-P

Nice shot, the tigers were a bit difficult to photograph through that glass there.

  • Oooooh… can you see that it’s glass? (I know that you know it’s there, but can you see it??)

They were being very obliging, thankfully… If I get back to Sydney (I want to but I have more ties in Adelaide and Melbourne and still have not been to Brisbane or Perth! Not to mention wanting to see more of NZ!) I shall make sure that I get to Taronga again and maybe even over 2 days (I’ll let you know when I’m going there!!) :-)

No I can’t see the glass. I managed to get 3 shots of the tiger but they are not as nice as yours. I hope to get back to the zoo perhaps late in the year or early next year as I hope to tie it in with a visit to photograph some Friesians as they are in the same area.

  • Phew :-)

Hey I did see some heffalump shots after all… must have taken the shots from the road train… but that’s all they were: shots, nothing to upload here. Maybe to Facebook.

I have no idea when I shall be back in Australia. Adelaide will be the 1st non negotiable stop anyway…. I do want to return to Sydney though….

Excellent photo, and I love the title. I think coming up with a great title is sometimes more difficult than doing the original artwork, and a good title can make the image.

  • Thankyou! Sometimes the title hits before I press the shutter, sometimes it’s a lot more gradual. I almost did not upload this then got a caption and… voilá :-D

    Really appreciate your support! :-D
