This little piggy taking a moment’s break from doing what he does best… snuffling for truffles in the mud. He did not stay still for more than a few seconds at a time.
Deen City Farm is located in Merton near Wimbledon, has free admission and relies solely on volunteers and donations.
There is a small amount of Government funding but there is a proposal to cut the funding… please take a moment to look at and possibly sign the petition to Merton Council here Thank you!!
ANY profits made from sales of the DCF collection of photographs will be taken straight round to them.

Thanks Cez! I want to go back and see the pigs when they are a little closer and not snuffling quite so much.. they must be so happy at the amount of rain we’ve had the last couple of weeks!
Maybe the cows will be a little further away next time too so I can get a photo of them :-P

hehe, yes I suppose he does… :-) He had stopped snuffling for a moment to see what the commotion was over by the sheep and goats…. I hope that if I can get back there that he will keep still for a short while so that I can get a few more images. We’ll see :-)

The pigs have not been visible the last couple of times I was there… I would like some more though, the more I upload the more I can spread the campaign to save the farm :-) Too bad I don’t just have the cash to invest in it :-P
