Leaving my hotel in St Denis, I saw this bicycle chained to a parking meter.
There was somewhat of a heatwave, it was -5°C, I was expecting -20 :-P

Ha ha ha :) … I suppose thats what u get for chaining your bike to the Lampost over night… Still Great photo..
Now it does not say it in English and the writing is a little too small but this is DEFINITELY a pay meter… I assume for cars of course…. BUT it’s making me laugh to think that maybe if the cyclist bought a ticket they would not have impounded it in a tonne of snow :-P
Would not like to see the rust once the snow melted in another 8 weeks or so :-P
