Advertising Help
I’m taking the leap to doing photography full-time! The day job ends October 10th and I’m off and running.
I’m trying to determine some good advertising avenues for photographers. If anyone has any suggestions – I’M OPEN!! Also, has anyone heard of “Guild Sourcebooks”? It was suggested for advertising – it is sent to architects, interior designers, art consultants, etc – but I don’t want to waste any of my advertising dollars on something that won’t work for me!

You mentioned about ‘Guild Sourcebooks’, how about trying the personal touch with the architects etc, by arranging meetings with them and taking a portfolio with you.
Or, how about setting up a website at Freewebs just for that purpose, then email them with a link to your site.
Ok, not the prettiest sit around, but its free. Have a look at Mine to see what can be done.
