Great shot. The photo is of historical interest.
The four red words are: “establishing the new” restaurant. “Establishing the new” was an old political slogan, especially in the Cultural Revolution period, when Red Guard tried to “crush an old world and construct a new”, attacking old ideas, old culture, old customs, old habits… Western suits, ties and dresses…
The first two words on red sign are “smoothly flourish”. A current concern for many. Lol.
