I was wondering if anyone had ideas on how I can create while going across country and between my turn at the wheel, of coarse.

I bought chalk pastels, and have pencils and watercolor pencils…

Which works are offensive?

I was told by RB that some of my works are not for office or offensive to some, but I don’t know which they are…

Please let me know if some thing I have up is offensive…!

Explicit nude positions called 'Art'

What is one to do when they feel there is ‘porn’ on the ‘feed’?
When it gets to the point there aren’t one or two porn shots, but ten to twenty at a time being downloaded?…

I did report this person, but he had loaded so many I literally got tired from reporting them…and he had done this weeks before as well. And when you check his profile they aren’t on there except in his ‘favorites’ portfolio.

Is there no one that views the feed for such ‘pieces’? I would like to say that I am not against nudity or nudes, but these were porn.

According to the Wikipedia…

“Pornography or porn is the portrayal of explicit sexual subject matter for the purposes of sexual excitement and erotic satisfaction.”

I would just like to vent this without naming names and to say he’s wrong, that it isn’t just people ha

Continuing a Series

(just pondering which direction to take) or ‘typing helps me see more clearly what I wish to do next’

My Spiritual Dove Lady Series should be continued with a Spring, Summer and Fall to add to this Winter feeling series. I am thinking of keeping the spiritual, bird, lady theme to tie them all together…reinforcing the whole.

What other birds shall I use, finch, crows, owls have all been thoughts I’ve had…Perhaps I ‘need’ the strength of an owl or raptor, or cleverness of the raven or crow? or the mere fragile delight of a finch or song bird…

Another thought flashed by my eyes, me with the big cats, wolves …time will tell if I merely listen and be quiet…

Now off to do some loosening up with some abstractions..

Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.

Yet it is in our idleness, in our dreams, that the submerged truth sometimes comes to the top.

+Creavity and Artists who inspire+

I just watched a Carla O’Connor ‘how to’ video and she just blows me away…If you’ve not seen her works I’d suggest you view it if you want to be blown away too…(or if you think as I do of what’s ‘creative’).

I know there are more Creative Artists out there and I thought it might be fun to share the ones we find of interest to each of us.

Other favorites of mine are;

My Megan series

A story of my nieces passing

My eighteen year old niece, Megan, died in a car accident about five years ago on her way home from a party where she was taking two friends home and swerved to keep from hitting an animal in the road the car slid on gravel and went airborne then hit a tree which made the cars airbags employ which the coroner says broke her neck.
She was my sisters youngest child born with cherub like golden blonde curls.
She had also just graduated high school and was so excited to start her adult life. No matter when our loved ones pass it is always too soon for those left behind.

At this same time that she passed I was drawing a blonde girl which became the painting ‘Her first light’ some four hundred miles away. I’ve never drawn or painted blondes until that time, fee
