big thanks for the info!!..i love rag paper!!
Amazement! I must see this in the flesh. Are the structures drawn from life, imagination, or books? The Magnani is really gutsy! x
I love rag paper too. It looks like it´s burning inside the house. /Catrin
thanks Catrin – i am trying to be an alchemist of sorts turn the crisp white paper into grimey industry

really great drawing, i miss doing thin nervous lines (hope you don’t mind me calling them that?) you ellejay are inspiring me to go back and do more of those raw drawings {like the war series} (not that they are anything as exceptional as this)…..thanks really cool….it also reminds me of being a kid racing in the Port Kembla billy cart derby for some reason?…….
thank you so much Loui I love your descriptive writing – and yes – these are raw – little studies that may hold much potential of a direction to come – but much like a band’s debut album – I find often the study has that nervous excitable energy that makes it way more intriguing than any polished follow up :)
The Drawing is of Port Kembla and am glad it brought back fond memories for you race car driver :)
