Holiday Bitterments by

If you would like to be able to appreciate these images and read the text vote here to have a ‘zoom in’ on artworks function on calendar: vote zoom

I think rb would sell waaaaaaaaay more calendars with a ‘zoom in’ to see individual artworks function – help them make this happen by voting!

JAN: new years singles come restless lust zombies desperate to change their relationship status this year on FB

FEB: drummer boy spent valentines alone, crying, gazing at the ceiling &… listening to “loveless”

MAR: postman patrick spent his work day up a ladder in the mailroom sending “hatemail” to protestants

APRIL: even though it was her month “Venus” was way too anxious to leave her shell on the fools day

MAY: poor “new mother” cybele had been too busy to notice the bags under her eyes until her insensitive husband Bill gave her eye cream for mother’s day…sigh

JUNE: much to the frustration of his housemates, Ivor spent the “longest” day of the year on the thunderbox reading “war & peace”

JULY: identical twin Lacy attempts a declaration of ‘independance’ sporting a new racey look, only to discover her sister Stacey had done the same

AUG: when Woody’s girlfriend Yoko left him for a german paratrooper he spent much of his time with his hand down his pants whilst blowing smoke rings shaped like ‘Hiroshima’

SEP: sister Mary begged forgiveness for she prayed she could see more of God’s light and less of the big apples seedy CBD shadows flood the chapels arch windows

OCT: mrs Mills was unaware halloween would cost her more than the candy she bought on pension day

NOV: dear old Essie Flanders knew it was very important to plant poppies on the 11th… she just could not ‘remember’ why

DEC: Jill spent x’mas eve skyclad under a ‘mistletoe’ shrub she strung to a silver birch. Sadly, the only love bite to touch her lips was Jack Frosts kiss ‘o’ death
