Judy in Seventh Heaven

Judy in Seventh Heaven by Ellcott

Judy in Seventh Heaven

My painting of a friend who is a tireless worker for the arts as an administrator and supporter of emerging and established artists in Australia.
I thought the idea of her heralding the performer on the stage as type of cherub/seraph with youngster in tow was appropriate for her… and yes she really liked it enough to purchase it.

what a wonderful tribute – I have no wonder that she purchased it. It’s really lovely. She looks like she gets great joy from what she does.

    Thanks Anne!

Yes she is a good stick… and soo vivacious.
Bendigo has now lost her to Queensland unfortunately.
She and her husband dragged the Bendigo art scene from the stolid 60’s into the new millenium.
