In honor of my family whom after my Moms death committed fraud by identity theft {my aunt,my mom’s twin sister took over her I.D. and all of her assets in the living trust}
Through collusion with my family and my Moms appointed Trustee they sold off at least 4 properties and were participating in a conspiracy to have the sale of my Mom’s Insurance Brokerage go into default.
There are many other horrific details with this case that have been taking place in Arizona over the last 10 years.
I am my Moms only child and this was my inheritance.
So this is in their honor……very appropriate as they are dead to me.
Well my RB friend of 4 years… I hope justice will be served and goodness will prevail. My thoughts are with you. I hope you don’t mind but this is for you, there are some things in this life that are temporal, there are some things that are not… may your choices in life be remembered as that of goodness as your aunt’s will surely not be.

Geez man I hate when people do anything for that almighty buck. My Mom’s sister did something similar to my mom. She made it so my mother was unable to stay in the duplex where their parents lived when they died. I can’t understand why they gave her sister control when she clearly wasn’t right in her mind and had not been since she was in her twenties. My mom was so pissed off. It’s all over now so what can she do?
I don’t know Ann. If she is able to let it go then that would be an accomplishment beyond most. It is very hard for me for one thing cause it is still going on . I just received the yearly accounting where the trustee shows where all my inheritance is going ….a huge chunk in her greedy pocket. The part that really freaks me is the state of Az. when asked to look into the criminal actions of those involved took money {yes from my mom’ s trust} to look the other way. Well it’s not over yet……… I’m looking for some kind of advocacy as I battled it for 3 years taking it through to the courts into appeals and even with the clear evidence of criminal action against the state of Az. own laws they allow it to continue.If I had a chance to do it all over again I would never get an attorney I would get a forensic accountant and an investigator. There are so many high ups involved its going to take a federal investigation to get it all figured out. In the end though, I don’t think the broken heart from having people I thought loved me can be fixed. I hope to help others that are in this situation with workable advice and the changing of laws so that this stuff can’t happen.
