Technology 'generation' gap ... by

Canon 50D, 50mm f1.4
Available light (late afternoon, moving tram, Autumn in Melbourne)
RAW, post-ed b/w conversion, cropped, gentle CS5 tweak

Moving tram, shot with camera perched on my knee, and pointed in general direction with fingers crossed … the light reflected onto his face (from the note book he was writing in, balanced on his briefcase) initially got my attention, but on closer inspection (without getting caught!) it’s not too often these days one sees a gentleman in trenchcoat and hat – then on getting this image home, couldn’t help but notice the young lad (T-shirt? it wasn’t that warm!) sitting opposite – and the seemingly apparent clothing and technology ‘generation’ gap between them …

  • Fab compliment, thank you!!!
I’m not a big fan of lots of post-ed, so am glad the tonal efforts appeal :-)))
