I’d noticed that ‘Scarf’ had been waiting a while for her friend to show … then it was non-stop natter!! ;o)

Just fantastic, you always find the best textures/patterns that work brilliantly in B+W, wonderful stuff my friend

  • Hiya Jus!!!! :o)))
‘Scarf’ was just a natural eye-catching standout! :o) She’d been ‘lounging’ against a wall of Flinders Station for some while, before her friend showed up … too easy to spot in that houndstooth! … thanks so much! :o))

That is ‘stealth’ alright, and you are not firing from the hip by the look…(gotta love that name ‘Scarf’ )………………………. :-)
    Lovely work again Ell…. :-)

  • Hahaha, no, and didn’t need the cloke of stealth either … they were
so busy nattering that it was perfectly safe to raise camera to eye! ;o)
Gordo, appreciate your comments, very much!! :o)))

excellent capture Ell…how do you manage to stay unnoticed when you take street shots?

  • Thank you Shane :o))
Well, I wear black top to toe, turn under the camera strap to hide the red edge and writing of Canon, and stand still a while … helps to blend in some … in this case, was leaning against pedestrian fencing, and just observing … had already seen ‘Scarf’ some minutes before, looking like she was waiting for someone … sure enough, along came her friend, they walked towards me (as luck would have it) and were just too busy nattering to notice me ;o))
In Melb’s busy CBD streets though, there are always loads of folk with cameras – so I’m often mistaken for “just another snap-happy tourist!” :o)))
