Was about to find the car and go home, when I couldn’t resist just one more look down into Hosier Lane … just as well! Grafitti artist (guy in black shirt, can in hand), two photographers (that I could see) and bystanders various, including a rather cosy and comfy looking umbrella!

Image taken peering over the third level safety rail of a parking lot, bordering and overlooking Hosier Lane, Melbourne,_Melbo...

Capturing people being people, and the finer details of four and two wheeled blingy classic automotives – two fave ‘topics’ of imagery :-))

So cool from up above! Beautifully framed Ell.

  • Thank you very much Georgie :-)
Had the car parked in this multi-level car lot, and before leaving, went to the roof top and got “Smoko” and other shots, and then “Umbrella” … have Andrew to thank for this shot :-)

great perspective – really like Smoko too. Your fans will be very disappointed if you go splatting yourself on the pavement.

  • Oooh Geof, have NO intentions of going splat! ;-) I’m scared of heights! Even with knee firmly braced against a railing, still a big effort on my part to slowly peer over the handrail to ground below! ;-)

well shot Ell…overpowering to say the least.

  • Thank you very much, and for the fave! :-)
Agreed MrO, quite overpowering! Though the small section captured in this image is tame, compared to other parts of Hosier!! :-o

What a vantage point! How many firedoors did you need to prop open with milk crates to get up there? This image is soooooo…. busy. But I love the lady with the umbrella

  • Yes, it’s certainly that – a busy image, full of energy!! ;-)
Vantage point is no secret – the carpark roof top, as are all levels, are easily accessable … carpark is right next to Hosier, and entry/exit is from Flinders Lane, near the Forum Theater :-))

Yes, lady with umbrella is just chillin! ;-)
    Thank you Rhoufi :-))
