Rusted, covered in moss and lichen, what’s left of a garden seat found in the backyard …
Was homeward bound this particular day when, a house I pass by on a semi regular occurence, for some reason ‘suddenly’ caught my eye! Did a double take, and quickly (safely!) pulled over to park the car …
It was derelict, abandoned, and had a big real estate agent’s board up, offering the land for sale – sadly, now beyond repair, the once grand house will be bulldozed … it was beckoning to be photographed – how could one resist!
Given where this house is situated, on Brighton’s “Golden Mile”, the land will be worth squillions!
