Hello everyone…....I just wanted to stop in and say WOW…... Congratulations to you Doreen! Your gallery is more that gorgeous. All of those smoky swirls of paint dance around each subject and help us feel those delicate fabrics. There are so many that I relate to here but these are just a few of my favorites
From left to right, and I’ve changed my mind, Broken Wings, Fate, and Somewhere, Sometime
The first really speaks to me as a woman. I’ve had so many moments of just that, changing my mind. Often it comes as a proud moment but there have also been times that I have felt embarrassed that I let emotion carry me away. Broken Wings, again goes deep into a place of remembering times when I needed to heal.
I really do love Fate….....The puppets on a string, but is it true only if we believe it to be so. And Somewhere, sometime…......oh those dreams…....I remember seeing myself this way for many years. It was lovely…....the beauty of you paintings Doreen really takes me through so many stages of life. I’m so glad to see your gallery with all of it’s details.
