I am a retired engineer and now pursue my hobbies, one of which is photography. It is sheer joy for me to take one of my mediocre images and produce a beautiful alteration of that image.
I live in New Mexico where the landscapes generally need a little help to escape a terminal case of dull brown.

I am surprised and thrilled by placing in the Photography Contest! Many thanks to the RedBubble crew and to all the encouraging people that commented on my work! / My “Pima Point at Sunset” entry in the USA category is a photo I took last year on a vacation trip to the Grand Canyon in northern Arizona. I used a Nikon D50 camera and the image was post processed using Adobe Photoshop.
