Ok so the likeness is no where near what I had intended….but i like her. Its a representation of me without being me exactly. This is my attempt at a self portrait for the eleveneleven challenge at Bubbler Portraits and Drawing Jam #6 at ISODIAWD

:D wow thanks Barbara! I found it very strange and difficult to do this one but I think i like it! i tried to really personalize it. Thats really my tattoo..and the freckle on my palm…also the freckle right below the corner of my eye. I really do have earrings like that and I LOVE autumn…so I tried to make it as ‘shannon’ as possible to make up for the sketchy likeness

Gorgeous work Shannon. Love the freckles sprinkled across your face. The movement in the hair is wonderful and I absolutely adore the detail in the flowers, delicious and intricate ink work…and all the circles at the bottom, beautiful. Love this. :-)xxx
:D thank you SO much Lisa! I gave myself the freckles I always wanted…just a sprinkle across the nose. In real life theyre EVERYWHERE and they drive me crazy, gotta love artistic license!
