I feel your love and pain.
the child within
wants to live and play, the adult you are
keep her/him lock in because you are affaid
It’s ok to let them play and love,
may bring joy and a blessing to your day.
some may have scars and to affaid
been misused and abuse
now seeking for love. and maybe affaid to love, because of the pain & past.
will you love the child within
will you let them run free. take them in your arms
let them know they are love and loved
the child within.
Let them know no harm will come their way
you will love and protect them along the way.
deep within is a happy and scared child
will you love them today
will you set them free.

open up your heart

Elenne you have touched something very close to my heart. You are so right – we all have a child within who we lose touch with as we harden our hearts to the pain in the world. I try to keep in touch with my “inner child” and all her joys by doing things which other people might think are stupid for a woman of 50…like skipping across a carpark or road sometimes…jumping up and down and clapping when I am happy…just letting that child surface! beautiful writing my dear friend…love e xxx

Amen my sister, the child in us needs to be free and loved, we all need to let our hair down and have fgun like we did when we where kids. having fun, laghting, playing, doing wonderful thing to keep us adults going. enjoying the child inside helps the adult survive. much love to you my dear friend.
