z_r = z_r – alpha_r*sin(z_i + tan(beta_r*z_i)) + c_r
z_i = z_i – alpha_i*sin(z_r + tan(beta_i*z_r)) + c_i

The suffixes _r and _i mean the real part of the variable and the imaginary part of the variable.

alpha = 0.5 + 0.5i
beta = 0.0 + 0.0i
c is the location in the complex plane and has been transformed using the power -1 i.e. it has been inverted.
The initial value of z is the untransformed value of c.
