REMEMBER to take a look at the christ on the dome of the building. look up in the animation :)
360 degree view of the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Philadelphia. It is built only a few years ago, but it seems it is a replica of the one in Jerusalem.
Met with pastor Ivan a day ago and took and spoke to him to find out the ideal time to be there to photograph the beautiful place. The fish eye lens I rented for the spring break ditched me with a big scratch on it, so was not able to use it for making the 360 as the light was getting diffracted through that crack and was not able to use it at very bright places.
Anyways, taken with EOS 500d with 18-55mm. 3images per frame,+2,0,-2EV,blended in photomatix pro One frame every 24 degrees, and 4 vertical positions each at 30 degrees. Stitched with autopano gigia
45 images per vertical position. 180 individual images. ( blended 3 per frame) at 18mm. ISO 200.
