Standing lonely on the platform
Looking down the tracks
I can’t see very far through the fog
Thickened with smoke from factory stacks
I hear the distant whistle
An eerie lonesome sound
A chill runs through my body
As I quickly turn around
There’s a shadowy figure standing
Not too far from me
He is not moving but I feel his eyes
Upon me, staring relentlessly
The train whistle is getting closer
I hear the rails echoing the rumbling
The familiar clicks and clacks
I can’t move, afraid of stumbling
The train pulls in, doors open
To the dimly lit interior
The shadowy figure walks through me
My mind goes crazy with hysteria
I stand there alone on the platform
As the ghostly train goes on it’s way
My feet won’t move, I’m feeling faint
A haunting whistle in the distance has it’s say
What did I just experience
Was the Shadow just an apparition
Had I just discovered a Shadow world
Had a look at it’s partition
The fog is thinning, and the whistle moans
The tracks foretell the coming of the train
The doors open wide to a friendly crowd
I smile at fellow travelers, on the way again
We’re pulling away from the platform
And I look back at where I had just been
There stands a shadowy figure with a grotesque face
I feel the vibrating echoes of my scream

Shadows creepers..
creeping inside our fearing dreams.
Your life train goes there…breaking the mist,
and you are guided by its wistles
Move away…and the shadow will take the sun´s course.
