Trevi Fountain… Baroque fountain, it was designed by Nicolo Salvi in 1732. Its water is supplied by one of the city’s earliest aqueduct (acquedotto Vergine ).
It’s here where was filmed the famous scene of Marcello Mastroianni and Anita Ekberg in Fellini’s film " La Dolce Vita "

    I visited this fountain in 1976 as a young sailor in the Royal Navy. We took a trip from Napoli to Roma.
