Canegrass Dragon
I think that this is a Canegrass Dragon (Diporiphora winneckei). I found three of them in this great little canyon that I found behind Mount Eaglebeak in the Eastern MacDonnell Ranges, central Australia. It was a beautiful place, of one of the mining trails, but I didn’t have a smaller lens to capture the scenery. Oh, please let me know if you don’t think this is Diporiphora winneckei.

Canegrass Dragon belongs to the following groups:
NORTHERN TERRITORY (3 per day), Agamids - Dragons of the World and Australian Wildlife Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

Do you have any larger pics of this animal? I’m not sure that it’s a canegrass dragon.
