This is the bridge over the lake at Alfred Nicholas Gardens, in portrait, and no hdr. These gardens are in the Dandenongs, Victoria, Australia.

This work will be part of a redbubble exhibition at Elevation at Emerald, in the Dandenongs from 1-14 October, 2009. This work will be available to purchase at the exhibition and on redbubble, too.

This was taken in autumn using a Canon DSLR EOS 350D camera, 18-55mm lens and tripod.

    Agree with Peter, think this could be the best of the series E. I prefer your shots (all shots) without HDR. Think I could fave this too. Great capture again.

Thinking of going back and working on all of my shots of the Dandenongs again and not having HDR…..more work but maybe a better outcome…we’ll see. Cheers E. P.S. Dinner is ready.     Please DO go back to HDR-Free captures. It’s become a bit of an obsession on here recently and quite honestly I prefer those without. Maybe it’s just me. Keep up the good work. Is Paul’s Kitchen like Hell’s Kitchen or the ‘F’ word?....
    F = Fish ‘n Fries again in accordance with RB Etiquette.

    Back again….burger was great and so big. I’m stuffed. Very funny….I’ve watched both programs and Paul’s kitchen is like neither. More like ‘mini kitchen’, so only one allowed in there at a time, otherwise the other gets booted out.

    I know what you mean about HDR. Good HDR is when you can’t tell that it an HDR shot. I suppose I was going for bright and vibrant colours in the HDR Dandenongs shots….anyway…food for thought. What did you have for dinner?
