Oh I just absolutely love this! You’ve “captured” this li’l fella so perfectly – I had to laugh so, 2 weeks ago I chased one of these guys into a pine tree in our backyard, at 3 o’clock in the morning, when it was 22F, in my bathrobe. He was eating the food for my stray kittens, and was so cold he decided to climb into their box with them – the mom was so upset and so was I! LOL…
Thank you Marita, I really enjoyed your story and comments! They use to come knock on our door and beg for food when we lived In Sequoia National Park. ~ Elaine
