A paradise to aim for

I am quite prone to day dreaming, and as I was thumbing thorugh some real estate lostings in Tasmania I came upon something that is sure to spur endless hours of dreams. I believe that to attain a desired goal, we must not oly desire it but visualise it very specifically.

If you load this link you would have come across a farm for sale in the part of Tasmania I desire most. Just add:

An Irish Wolfhound
well over half the land re-established in native plants

Minature Dairy Cows

A greenhouse for vegetables
A wood oven
Wind Turbines
Pinot Gris vines

Chikens and Geese roaming about A barn

And fruit trees (cherry, plum, kumquat, perssimon, pommegranete, berries of all sorts, apples, pears, more berries and an array of Chinese/European herbs)

There you have it… paradise.

Oh yeah and a nice colection of books and art materials. Ohhhhh yeah…......

Just sharing you my dream, now it’s on writing it will be easily to visualise.

A $7 lottery ticket is all that is needed. LOL. If not dreams and determination. Whatever comes first.

I am quite happy living almost nomadic, if I had my choice the only things electric would of course be a computer, a fridge, perhaps a phone and my camera charger. The rest I could live without. I can sort of imagine myself with a horse and cart (seriously), LOL.

If I didn’t go to the Tasmanian webside yet , I will because I am curious. so thank you for that , but mostly what struck me a lot , even if it wasn’t a surprise , it is to see a man , ANDREW, take the time to share , write ect…....to all of us without personal interest just for the love of sharing.
So- of course , the desire to meet you even stronger today .
So-lastly , please look after Andrew because we will be together one day and I want you to stay well too…...Love Andre

I suppose it’s in a way an affirmation towards a desired outcome. There is only one thing I want to aim for and that is a simple self sufficiant lifestyle. It’s not eveyones cup of Chai, but one I hope to brew for a very long time. There will always be an open door and wood oven bread to share over my Pinot Gris.

Actually, I totally understand. I have often wished for days of past where things were simple.. when people helped each other.. etc. I think for me, it would be perhaps solar for alot, and windmills to harness electricity for the computer, camera chargers, and fridge. I am most comfortable sitting in nature with my journal, working in a garden, or being out photographing. i love a woodstove even getting the wood, and splitting it the smell of it and the total warmth of it, not to mention the even heat for cooking. Invisible is right.. it’s definitely refreshing to find someone who is willing to share, Thank You! Makes one dream for themselves. ;o)

go for it andrew, farm life is wonderful, tranquil and thoughtful. i love it and would never give it up! i get to feed a family of magpies that live in near our house, i have watched them bring their chicks in each season, watch them grow and some leave, simple things are the best way to connect. but rb is good too ;))..c xx

Hi Andrew…...I had a look and it really is a beautiful little paradise….....I’m sure you will be able to obtain a place like that some day…......never stop hoping and dreaming for what you really want out of life! Lots of places like that still left here in Canada….....

  • ein22 replied

Yes I know (as I have seen and admired in your gallery.) A dream job of mine would be a Park Ranger, and pleanty of parks in Canada. Canada is up there in ideal substitutes, along with Scottish Highlands, Norway or New Zealand, probably in that order too. LOL.

They all have in common that sense of space and simplicity I need. I am getting paranoid somedays that places like this will be less and less attainable soon enough. Maybe a good plauge would slow things down… that was bad. I apologise… maybe. As a reader and theorist of Charls Darwins work it would not suprise me at all. That is getting off track though. LOL.

thanks for commenting Rose x x

“Aim for the Moon cause even if you miss you land among ths stars”.... my favourite all time saying. The only time to stop aiming is when we stop breathing. I hope you’re well
