And last dance of Carmen and Jose begins… It was something really fascinating. Under enchanting singing and “mad” rhythmics of clapping they created their dance. Everything was there: seduction, passionate love, possession, pride, jealousy and even hatred… Carmen and Jose were dancing but I saw not a stage but a square in old city… Real Carmen telling Jose that she knew from omens that he was fated to kill her, but “Carmen will always be free,” and as she now hated herself for having loved him, she would never give in to him… Strike of the knife… blood on the stones… and last note of music…
Everything ended… empty stage and just broken rose on a floor like symbol of this tragic love…

So… it’s is my last picture dedicated to great art of flamenco and passionate love story and I go forward to Seville, the city where Jose saw Carmen first time…
