About Gary Lee Parker:

I am an award winning professional photojournalist, with a weekly outdoor column in the Vernal Express, in Vernal, Utah. My work is published in several newspapers, and can be seen in various publications throughout the USA and on the internet.

I am an artist from my youth, living and breathing to create and capture beauty. Mostly self-trained, I spent many years in the design industry as a 3D animator, GUI designer, corporate identity designer, ad campaign designer, and illustrator.

Having a deep love for writing and photography, I eventually steered in the direction of photojournalism, as well as general photography and writing. I hope you enjoy my work.
