Introducing leggings. You’ll never run out of inspiration.

This is a quick image I drew as an example for one of the classes I had to teach. I used coloured pencils (which I normally rarely use) and then used the frottage technique to create the texture/pattern on the blanket.

Frottage means you put your paper on top of something that has texture, then you rub over it with your pencil to get the texture onto your paper. Fun technique to use. =)

I am a former Illustration student who finished her Master degree and is now looking to take her love for art further. I hope to someday be able to do illustration as my profession and to make my living that way by becoming a children’s book illustrator. I love bright colours and cute images, because I don’t think there’s ever enough of it in this world!

    Frottage is fun to do. I used to like doing it to coins. Your style is unique tyo you and very special. Please don’t stop doing these delightful pictures.
