Rings!

Hey everyone!

Another small update from me! School/uni has started and even though I’m in classes only two days per week the next two months, it’s already busy busy busy haha. But I still try to find the time to create things.

Currently trying to get some bookmark designs done. Most will use old images, but currently working on a new image too, yay. =)

I’ve also started making rings with images. Well I only have three, only one of them using a drawing of mine haha. I quite like it though. =D

And one with some text (though I can do other text too, if someone would like that).

Both available in my Etsy shop if you’re interested. Just click the photos. =)

Diploma + Etsy store

Hey everyone! Just to let you all know I finally got my Master Degree! I can now call myself Master in Graphic Design. Yay! =D
It’s been a long and difficult four years, but I’m happy I did it all. Now the next step is teacher training, the studying never ends haha. =)

For anyone interested, I uploaded a digital file of my book on my blog, which means you can flip through all the pages of the book and read it. Sadly the text is in Dutch, so unless you speak Dutch, the text won’t mean much to you heh. But you can still look at the images. =P

Lastly, I set up my Etsy store, yay! At the moment there’s not that much in there yet, but I’m hoping to put in more items/drawings/prints at some point. So feel free to browse through my store. =)

Finished my book + need Etsy ideas!

Hello people!

I know it’s been a long time since I last updated my journal here. And it’s also been quite a while since I last uploaded some art here, apart from those few linocuts. The reason for this is that I have been very very busy with my Master degree.

However, I can now safely say that all that hard work has paid off! The year is pretty much over. Yesterday I had to present my project in front of a jury, and it actually went pretty well! I got no criticism at all, just nice comments and even praise from one person! Now all that is left is our exhibition this weekend and then my graduation next week. Excited! =D
If you’re interested, here are some (blurry) pictures of my project, which is a picture book about a foster child and her new foster family. =)
