Love the hints of colour in the bunny’s shadowing too – instead of just using grey. I love doing that.
Can’t wait to see what’s next! You make me want to go and start illustrating children’s books, just like I’ve always wanted to do.

Cardboard is fun to work with, especially with these thick oil pastels. Normal paper just doesn’t seem to do the colours enough justice. And yeah, I prefer using colours for shadows; grey is a bit too lifeless. =D
And hey, if illustrating children’s books is something you want to do then I think you should totally go for it!
