science has shown that connecting with Nature through a pet like a cat or dog, or even simply being able to view trees regularly, reduces stress!
i have heard that, great sites, also for depression I heard you should walk outside where you can see out for long distances, like from a bridge or mountain, it gives a euphoria that is known to overcome feelings of depression. Amazing how we work huh? :)
all makes sense to me! I come here to feast on Beauty from around the World, as well as the unique pieces of artwork… always makes me feel better! Except for the pics of warm beaches… they just make me envious! :o)
