In life, everyone has situations that causes you to bow your head down in pain and/or sorrow.
But your ability to be proactive and to raise your head up, stand up tall and, to rejoice
while facing the ugly situations in which you find yourself is, a powerful human spiritual
There’s a man at the top of the painting who is bowing down in pain & sorrow but has chosen
to stand tall & rejoice.
And though his golden basket is empty, he has made the choice to rejoice. And as a result,
people have joined him thus, enriching his life and theirs in return, more than what the
basket could have carried.
This is for all who are passing through pain and/or sorrow and think they cannot come out of
it. I tell you… Rejoice because, it will soon be over!

Proactive behavior (or proactivity) by individuals refers to anticipatory, change-oriented and self-initiated behavior in the work place. Proactive behavior involves acting in advance of a future situation, rather than just reacting. It means taking control and making things happen rather than just adjusting to a situation or waiting for something to happen.
