I had lot’s of fun doing this, see the WIPS. I felt drawn to paint this rock photo because of the beautiful colors and the many forms within it. In my attempt, I have tried to ‘draw them out’ for all to see.

Medium: acrylic paints, gels, gesso primer, ballpoint pen and, recycled plastics
Ground: boxed canvas
Using, brushes, pallete knives, newspaper, and tissue paper.
Size: 14″ × 10″

    They seem much alike, but yet there are so many differences. THIS HAS WOW FACTOR for sure!! I really loved the original image…….now you have brought out the soul that was hidden inside. Congratulations on this brilliant translation!!
