Hello, thank-you for your interest in my art. I am self-taught artist and photographer who enjoys painting just about anything. I particularly enjoy painting trees and detailing every last branch to really appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of each one. I tend to have a realism aspect to all my paintings, but I do like to add a contemporary or surrealism touch. Landscapes and flowers are my most frequent subjects, however I do throw in an abstract from time to time.
My inspiration for painting started while I was living up in Alaska. Alaska is such a beautiful masterpiece, I had to not only photograph it, but try to capture it in the beauty of oils. I’ve been painting ever since and have fallen in love with the personal time I can put into each painting.
