Such a beautiful exotic flower Shirley, so glad to see you still mange to enjoy your gardens..Jules

  • Hi Jules lovely to have you come by, had the garden all cut back last week and the chap cut the Grevillea a little hard I feel but it should spring back with some good rain and sunshine – my fault I guess I told him to do as he thought right and he has a beautiful garden himself. He doesn’t talk a lot of English so it is hard to communicate.

Hope all is well in your neck of the woods – hugs, Shirley

Great clarity and color Shirley… and tribute!!!

  • Thank you Bob, it was growling so nicely and 2 years old covered in new small blooms ready to burst and I got a new gardener and he pruned it nearly all off….I know they need Tip pruning but he cut the small lower branches off, I could have cried. So it is a waiting game now to see if too much damage has been done..

Thanks for coming by Bob, always good to see your smiling face under that hat. – Shirley

Beautifully placed and photographed. Shirley – love it! It looks like a ‘Peaches and Cream’ grevillea.
    Congrats on your feature.

  • Could be Bette, I lost the tag – but it is a sorry sight at the moment, I fear it has been cut back too far. – Shirley
