The original photograph from which this oil
painting was derived was taken along Main
Street in Nashua, New Hampshire (USA).
The photograph was unaltered and
captured a somewhat precarious glance
between the cafe patrons and a passer-by.
A Sunday afternoon in a small city in
New England. Both the photograph and
painting are 2008.

What a lovely feel this has. I love your technique and can’t belive you have only one comment!
What medium is this – watercolour?
Such great lines and colours – I’m quite taken aback by it!

Thanks Carole – it has received more comments on other venues. It’s my top selling piece. It’s digital oil from an original photograph I took last Summer (2008). People seem to like the messages in the scene.
