The Thistle Chapel with its intricately carved wood & stone, is the place of worship of the Knights of the Thistle who come from time to time, sometimes in the presence of H.M The Queen, Head of Order
Although its built in the early 20th Century the atmposphere is medievil, and the carving is regarded as some of the finest in Britain.
