Candy Stripes
My third entry for the 2008 Canon Photo5 Competition.
Two more to go!!!
Description
With the lead up to Christmas I thought this idea would be fun. I spray painted a candy cane white and added some new stripes using the red ribbon, giving it a whole new meaning. Photographed on a wood background, extra textures where overlaid and the image was cleaned up and enhanced in Photoshop.
Candy Stripes belongs to the following groups:
Canon Photo 5 Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed Prints

Love idea, Enrico, and very well executed. This is a high-class photo.
It’s so good I reckon you could make a bit of money selling it as a stock image.

love the texture – agree with Graham about the ‘stock image’. Fabulous.

Hi all, just got back in town from a long weekend getaway and was delighted to know I got in for two finalists… I’m glad that all the hard work – brainstorming, planning, capture and post production usually involving late nights paid off… I guess there’s the next hurdle now and I’d like to thank the RB community for getting behind me with comments and votes… thanks so much and I wish you all luck for photo5 2009! Cheers, Enrico :)
