*I decided to name some of my flower photographs after women I know and appreciate the company of. Thus, I have now started a “Women I Know” series, or WIK (this is the third one), where I’m dedicating photos to women that have made an impression on me.

**Jules, or Juli, is my cousin on my mother’s side of the family. We were born pretty close together. Summer babies! We almost always got the same Christmas presents, just different colors (or something like that). She is a very loving person and I’m so glad to have her in my family, as well as my heart.

This is an excerpt of a poem she wrote:*

Cherish each moment as I cherish you
Live as if there is no end
Laugh and sing with me.

For when it’s your time to cry I will be by your side
Laughing our tears away.
