Thanks! This is one of my absolute favorites of my own. There’s something about the stone and the lichen…

love the lichen and moss!!
(i saw a horror flick like this where the statue grabbed a man out of love, but ultimately it ended badly (for the man – the statue was perfectly contented – it had what it sought))
ominous, yet gratifying image!
Thank you! The other day I was at a friend’s house and checked in here. I looked at some of my gallery and I noticed on this one… it’s unusually green (like, too much on the saturation). I don’t know if it’s my computer, or his computer that needs adjusting. What does the saturation look like to you, may I ask?
(I want to see that movie you speak of. Do you remember the name of it?)
Waiting, and still waiting… Love the combination of the keen composition and the added text.
Thanks so very much! This has always been one of my favorite photgraphs of my own. Sometimes, I think I would like to have a live model pose this way to photograph, but then… I think the lichen is what really sets this pose off. It’s the imagined story, if you will.
