A nice crisp, cold evening…perfect for capturing nature. I went to Lake Park…Milwaukee, WI to see what I could find and this is something I felt was worthy of a photo!!!
Lake Park, located on Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin1, is an urban park covering 138.1-acre (559,000 m2). The park is located just north of the Milwaukee Art Museum. Lake Park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, who also designed Central Park in New York City along with many others. Lake Park is home to the last remaining Indian Mound in the city of Milwaukee. The others were destroyed by early settlers of the city and surrounding area. It also contains the North Point Lighthouse, which was built in 1855. A 6-hole golf course was built in 1903, expanding to 18 holes in 1930.
