Charlie aka Birdy by EarthquakeBee

Posted on July 24, 2010

This is our Jack Russell, Charles Birdy Parker, aka Charlie.
We adopted him last Saturday and already by now is like he had always been with us.
He’s a smart little guy.

His previous “owner” had the fantastic idea of naming him “Brouwnie”, spelled like that.
Why would you name a dog “Brouwnie” ???

We have named him, obvious, after the sax genius, Charles Parker, aka Birdy.

Not because they look alike at all….

Yes this is me with Charlie. He sleeps everywhere.

And now we’re going to the park.

we have the same leash and dog bowl I see in the back ground for dottie! lol. The only difference I can see between Charlie and Dottie, is that Dottie’s tail is docked, and the tan that covers one ear/eye and the other ear are separated by a white stripe and Dottie doesn’t have the spot on the neck. I wonder if they are related way back? lol. Enjoy your new little guy! Dottie does sign language commands and does tricks. And is she ever obsessed with playing fetch. She’s the kind of dog you can’t play with on tall buildings. lol
