I am a textile artist working with wools and canvas to create unique, one-off designs which are never repeated.I derive my inspiration from a memory bank full of images from my travels and learning in Museums, Galleries and Botanic Gardens in the parts of the world I have lived in or visited.
I have now returned to my birthplace and enjoy the never ending supply of inspirational subjects readily available to me.I create small items such as belts, bags, pincushions using high quality materials which if cared for correctly will last several life-times.
I am also a photographer and artist, a miniaturist and I particularly enjoy ATC’s.
I am very fortunate to have had the influence of artistic and creative parents who knew other people with talent and skill and who taught me to have an open mind in viewing the world.
