Well; the last picture I submitted (Eagle Harbor Lighthouse I) didn’t get the views I was hoping for. So I’ll try a different view of the same lighthouse and see how this one is accepted. Eagle Harbor Lighthouse on the Keweenaw Peninsula (also UP), Eagle Harbor, Michigan

This shot was taken late in day with a drizzle rain coming down. You can’t tell from the picture. It was also very windy as can be seen by the flag in the picture. So windy that capturing this shot even with a tripod was difficult. The lighthouse in this picture is probably 3/4 of a mile away with the rocks about 1/4 of a mile away out in the harbor.

    Nice shot-and great lighting! I’ve taken this lighthouse from many different angles and lighting -I know this spot :) Next time your up here stop by Brockway Inn/Boreal Beans Coffeehouse in Copper Harbor and say hey.
