a really beautiful portrait. The lighting is sublime and suits the mood of this image – love how he is merging out of the darkness and how the lighting catches the highlights in his hair. I love this because it is more than just about a beautiful person – it makes me wonder what is going on in his mind and life.

This is the kind of photograph that could, in my opinion, very easily fail, and be just too.. done. but you did this very well – the soft downcast direction of your eyes, and the harshly cut off shoulder, create a contrast and a line of sight that really make this portrait stand out. fantastic work
