The Impaler. Vlad III (1431-1476) was Prince of Wallachia. his sadistic pleasure was to torture and execute his enemies by the atrocious method of impalement. The number of his victims is supposed to range from 40000 to 100.000. But you probably know him better by his Romanian surname : Drakula.
(May be there is a link between this torture methode and the common belief that one must use a wooden stake to kill a vampire ?)
Merci Magali !!!
I knew from the title whom you spoke of and he supposedly filled a cup from the blood of the victims and would drank it, while he had dinner. Yes, hence the Drakula. Interesting image and question, my friend. Love the tones in this!
I see you know the subject dear Draven :-)) Thanks a lot !! xo
