yeah i’m a drummer but started playing guitar a while back and it was a difficult transition .. but very enjoyable once i got used to it … it takes some conditioning, especially the finger tips …. very fun

thanks Linda .. its mostly a dark purple shading with a mix of glazing different colours for the guitar shape with a thin gold glaze … kinda hard to capture digitally .. i’m glad you like it : ))

Did you use gesso for the texture Damien…cause it is absolutely wonderful. I noticed no strings attached. Yeah, you and me don’t like that :P

y’know i think at first i used gesso … but on these i think also i used student acrylic paint really thick to cover up what was underneath .. that some times works better … no strings attached : )) all about the shapes
